Physical Therapist Location: Lehigh, FL Position: Physical Therapist Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient care setting in Lehigh, FL. In this role, you will work directly with patients to help improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support recovery through individualized treatment plans. This position offers a manageable patient flow of 1–2 patients per hour, giving you time to provide focused care, track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on each patient’s needs. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, pain points, and mobility concerns Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement‑based interventions Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, posture, and home care routines Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Active Florida Physical Therapist License required DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to be considered Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to manage treatment plans independently and professionally Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Monday to Friday schedule Competitive annual salary based on experience Take the next move in your physical therapy career and bring your skills to a team that values quality patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
