We are excited to announce we are hiring hosts/hostesses to join our team at our location in Naples, Florida. The purpose of a host's position at Lola 41 is an important function in our restaurant as it determines the overall flow of the dining room and kitchen. Hosts are the first contact guests have so they create the first impressions. This can set the tone for the guest's entire experience.


Hosts must be able to provide guests with a friendly greeting in a professional manner, so guests know they are given accurate direction and information. This position requires great patience and organizational skills in order to handle everything from guests coming and going, guests waiting for tables, planning, and seating reservations, answering the phone, entering take-out orders and communicating with managers and other staff. Hosts are expected to be professional, friendly, and attentive in order to make each guest feel welcome and provide them with a positive first and last impression of our restaurant.

This is a seasonal (November - May) position and we are looking for someone with at least a year of related experience, who is available for various shifts including night, and weekends. This job requires working every weekend, with additional weekdays and weekends as needed.
