Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time hybrid position based in Lancaster, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Supervisor oversees daily transportation operations, monitors schedules and routes, and ensures that deliveries are completed safely and on time. This role includes assigning work, coordinating with drivers and dispatch staff, and resolving issues related to logistics, customer needs, and equipment. The Supervisor tracks performance metrics, enforces company policies and compliance standards, and supports continuous improvement of processes. The position also involves coaching team members, supporting training, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Operations and logistics skills, including experience coordinating transportation schedules, routes, and resources. Supervisory and leadership abilities, with experience assigning work, guiding teams, and providing feedback. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and operational requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with drivers, staff, and customers in a professional manner. Basic proficiency with office and transportation software (e.g., spreadsheets, dispatch or routing tools) and accurate record-keeping. Understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements on trips with non emergengy patients operations is highly beneficial. Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
