Purchasing Specialist

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for PO processing, PO tracking, project tracking, inventory management & tracking for long lead items, adjusting for cycle counts, ensuring that orders are placed far enough in advance to ensure smooth production and finished goods management. Qualifications: 5 years of related purchasing experience Ability to manage up to 100 PO’s a month Must be Understanding of accounting is a plus Must be extremely organized, thorough and detail oriented with exceptional communication skills. Ability to work with complete accuracy on several projects at the same time. Ability to prioritize tasks, set and meet goals and objectives, track status and keep work organized.
