Quick Facts Location: Findlay, Ohio (1900 South Main Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: Ongoing (Part-time role) Shift: 1-2 days/week, flexible schedule Hours/week: Approx. 8-16 hours Employment Type: Part-time License/Certs: MD/DO, TRULY board eligible or board certified (no J-1 or H-1B) Experience: Prior Radiation Oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $3,200/day (equivalent to approximately $400/hour) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team for your success What You'll Do Provide outpatient Radiation Oncology consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care Manage radiation therapy delivery in a fully outpatient setting with advanced technology Utilize ARIA, Eclipse, and Sun Nuclear tools for treatment planning and safety Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team including radiation therapists and medical physicists Ensure precise, safe radiation delivery for oncology patients Participate in a physician-led, autonomy-driven cancer care program Maintain continuity of care within a comprehensive cancer center What You Need Valid MD or DO license, board eligible or certified in Radiation Oncology 1 years of relevant clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare organization in Findlay, Ohio, providing cutting-edge cancer care with advanced technology like TrueBeam linear accelerators and Siemens CT Simulator.
