Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, helping to inspire and style customers while driving individual and store performance. Deliver on sales KPIs and support operational standards through merchandising, replenishment, and fitting room assistance. This entry-level role participates in training, maintains visual standards, and contributes product feedback to management. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset on the sales floor. Understand and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and sales objectives. Connect customers to the loyalty program and educate them on available programs and offerings. Assist customers in fitting rooms, advise on sizing, and uphold store standards. Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back-of-house processes. Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and visual merchandising standards. Participate in company trainings and contribute product and category feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships. Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to operate the register and perform opening/closing and back-of-house tasks. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
