Outpatient primary care in Gainesville, Georgia

Treating ages 18 years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses in a concierge setting

Reduced patient panel size for improved care management

Extended appointment times of 30 - 60 minutes to deliver personalized care

Access for acute visits, same day, and next day appointments

Support of local specialists, including expedited labs, pharmacist-led medication overview, and nutrition counseling

Call for Concierge patients only, shared with APP

Dedicated and adequate support staff to maintain patient experience

Working together with Physicians like you: * BC/BE in Internal Medicine * Minimum of
