We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team and help create an exceptional leasing experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact, build strong relationships, and support the overall success of the community by delivering outstanding service and helping individuals find a home that fits their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide a professional, friendly, and informative tour experience.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present community features, apartment homes, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately.
• Guide prospects through the application, screening, and leasing process.
• Follow up with prospective residents to support closing and conversion goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, specials, policies, and local market trends.
• Assist with resident retention efforts by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns professionally.
• Prepare lease documentation and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately.
• Support move-in coordination and help create a positive first impression for new residents.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve occupancy, renewal, and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport, ask questions, and understand customer needs.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computer systems, leasing software, and standard business tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
