Step into a climate‑controlled shop where precision matters

Picture your day starting in a fully climate‑controlled manufacturing environment. You open a fresh schematic, lay out a new control panel backplate, and begin mounting PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and VFDs with confident accuracy. Cables are routed cleanly, terminations are labeled to spec, and any wiring hiccups are diagnosed and resolved before final inspection. Throughout the build, you collaborate on panel layout, component placement, and documentation—ensuring every panel ships out right the first time.

What you’ll build and do

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Mount and integrate PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and variable frequency drives.
• Route, terminate, and label wiring in accordance with company practices and electrical code standards.
• Use hand and power tools including drills, knockout punches, crimpers, and wire strippers.
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and resolve them prior to final inspection.
• Assist with panel layout, component placement, and project documentation.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams with ease.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC circuits and industrial control components.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Comfort reading a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
