You'll handle inquiries, process orders, manage complaints, and assist with billing, credits, and quotes, all while building lasting customer relationships. When the moment calls for it, you'll drive directly to customer sites to deliver hands-on support and tailored product solutions in person. Warehouse duties include receiving and stocking inventory, shipping products, organizing the warehouse, conducting cycle counts, maintaining the warehouse, and performing vehicle maintenance. The associate will also move stock and handle hazardous spills safely. Forklift certification preferred and proper lifting techniques are required. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference given to those with vocational training in Sales and Distribution or an Associate degree. The role requires excellent communication skills, with continuous speaking and hearing, as well as clear vision for daily computer tasks. Mental focus and attention to detail are essential for ensuring accuracy and effective problem-solving. Physical stamina is needed for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
