Agentic AI Developer

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will design and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows. You will work on real-world healthcare problems such as risk adjustment, prior authorization, and care gap closure.

We are building a category-defining Agentic AI platform focused on transforming healthcare outcomes across Medicare Advantage and value-based care. Our mission is to deploy autonomous AI agents that directly improve clinical, financial, and operational performance for payers and providers.
Core Mandate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic architectures
- Build LLM-powered applications with high accuracy and reliability
- Integrate healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, claims)
- Develop evaluation and feedback loops for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Python and system design skills
- Experience with LLMs, APIs, and distributed systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG pipelines

- Deploy production-grade AI agents
- Achieve 15–30% improvement in workflow efficiency
- Demonstrate measurable ROI in healthcare workflows
