Job Description Supervise, coach, and develop Client Services staff while leading hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development. Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, agency policies, and funding requirements. Collaborate with leadership to maintain program quality, operational effectiveness, fiscal accountability, and continuous improvement. Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer service, advocacy, and stakeholder satisfaction. Coordinate services with community partners and external agencies to support client needs and program outcomes. Lead monitoring, audit, and compliance activities, including documentation reviews, corrective action plans, and quality assessments. Prepare, analyze, and present operational, compliance, performance, and monitoring reports to leadership and stakeholders. Monitor program performance, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Support child care referral processes and ensure effective service coordination for eligible families. Investigate and report suspected fraud, abuse, neglect, or misuse of funds in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and records while effectively managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Foster collaborative relationships with staff, clients, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Related Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience Experience organizing, planning and developing program operations at a supervisory level Demonstrated customer service skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and human resource management skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
