We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to join a dynamic design team, supporting the analysis and design of structural systems across a variety of projects. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, perform structural analysis, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural engineering principles , experience with U.S. building codes , and the ability to take ownership of project scope, schedules, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures
Apply engineering principles for lateral design (wind and seismic) in accordance with building codes
Develop design concepts and collaborate with design teams to produce accurate construction documents
Conduct and review engineering calculations , ensuring quality and accuracy
Manage assigned work scope, timelines, and deliverables with strong attention to detail
Identify scope changes and communicate effectively with project leadership
Support and mentor junior engineers and designers
Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and engineering processes
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Minimum 4+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
Proficiency with structural analysis tools , Navisworks, and Bluebeam
Experience designing steel and concrete structures
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
