Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting, adhering to established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical experience required.
• Current RN license in Ohio or compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to float to all campuses and work on-call as required.
• Experience in travel nursing within the last year; no first-time travelers accepted.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage telemetry-related conditions.
