Job Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as part of the collision repair process
• Repair collision damage and replace damaged body panels and components
• Perform structural and cosmetic body repairs
• Work on steel and aluminum vehicle components
• Operate industry-standard collision repair tools and equipment
• Follow manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and industry safety standards
• Work with evolving vehicle technologies, including electric vehicles (EVs)
• Collaborate with estimators and fellow technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of auto body or collision repair experience preferred
• Experience repairing steel and/or aluminum components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to read and communicate in English
• Willingness to learn new repair methods and stay current with vehicle technology

Certifications Are a Plus, Not a Requirement!

I-CAR and OEM certifications are beneficial but not required. We're willing to invest in the right candidate through paid training and certification opportunities to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
