We primarily focus on commercial, multi-family, and HOA systems. We do not perform residential security or alarm work. Position Overview NT Security is seeking a solid and experienced Level 2 Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a technician with real-world commercial security experience who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, communicate professionally with customers, and complete clean, high-quality installations with minimal supervision. This position involves both installation work and service calls for cloud-based access control and video surveillance systems. Technicians will be responsible for installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, equipment replacements, and responding to service requests at customer sites throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Daily responsibilities include device installation, low voltage wiring, conduit installation, diagnosing and resolving system issues, system testing, equipment replacement, service troubleshooting, and assisting with system upgrades. Technicians will work both independently and alongside team members to complete high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism on job sites. This is not a strict 9–5 position. Work hours may vary based on scheduled installations and project demands. Some days may require extended hours to ensure projects are completed properly and on schedule. After up to 90 days of employment, a company vehicle and gas card will be provided. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of commercial security industry experience required Strong knowledge of low voltage systems Experience troubleshooting and resolving low voltage system issues Proficiency with cloud-based access control and video surveillance systems Experience running and terminating low voltage cabling Experience installing various types of conduit including PVC, EMT, liquidtight, and similar systems preferred Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing and device connectivity preferred Excellent communication skills required Must maintain a professional appearance and communicate well with customers Must be able to use the company’s FSM/CRM platform daily and proficiently for job updates, notes, photos, and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to perform clean, professional installations and cable management Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 80 pounds Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round Valid driver’s license required Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a clean MVR Technicians are expected to provide their own personal hand tools Company will provide specialty tools, equipment, and major installation equipment Vocational training or associate degree in electrical or related field is a plus Experience with Brivo, Eagle Eye, DoorKing, and PDK is a plus Preferred Skills Ability to read site plans and wiring diagrams Strong customer service skills Ability to adapt and problem solve in the field Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced field environments Benefits Full-time W-2 employment Competitive pay based on experience Weekly direct deposit Company vehicle and gas card after up to 90 days Opportunity for advancement into Lead Technician and Project Lead roles Work with modern cloud-based security technologies Please submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr NT SECURITY
