Dominium-1 is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Orchard Grove in Vero Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the property to ensure a great living experience for residents. You will monitor for repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and supervise maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of maintenance experience, strong skills in carpentry and plumbing, and a valid driver's license.
