At FitZone, we believe fitness is about more than workouts—it's about helping people build confidence, improve their health, and create lasting lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach small-group personal training sessions.
- Conduct 1:1 personal training sessions.
- Onboard and support new members.
- Follow up with leads and prospective members.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Assist with membership sales and enrolment.
- Deliver exceptional member service and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Nationally recognized personal training cert. (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Prior experience coaching small-group or 1:1 personal training preferred.
- Comfortable with sales conversations, lead follow-up, & consultation scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; genuine passion for member care.
- Highly organized and self-directed with non-coaching administrative time.
- Reliable, coachable, and aligned with FitZone's community-first culture.
