You won't just follow orders here. You'll own the respiratory care plan from start to finish. That means:

• Delivering patient care and diagnostic testing that meets the highest professional standards, across the entire healthcare system.
• Reviewing existing clinical data, and knowing when to dig deepercollecting or recommending additional information to get the full picture.
• Evaluating every data point to determine the most appropriate respiratory care plan, then actively participating in shaping that plan alongside the team.

You bring:

• Graduation from a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC.
• Current CRT or RRT credential in Ohio.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-time, 36 hours per week. Day or night shiftyour choice.
• CRT: $23.48 $31.58 per hour - RRT: $28.94 $38.90 per hour (based on experience)
• Full benefits package, plus a sign-on bonus.
