Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the Role Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up‑to‑date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They also consistently meet store sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Job Duties Contact customers, which may include minors, and handle cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. Conduct and maintain a review of criminal history to protect the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors and the public.
