Registered Nurse Mom Baby Postpartum

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient, family, and team involvement. Responsibilities include delegating and coordinating care, prioritizing tasks, and documenting accurately, all within legal and ethical standards. The RN evaluates patient responses to treatments, revises care plans as needed, and promotes professionalism and ongoing development. Qualifications and Skills: Valid RN license, BLS certification, and (preferably) a BSN from an accredited institution. Candidates must demonstrate skills in patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, documentation, teamwork, and accountability. Physical and Other Requirements: Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments.
