Job Description

The Orthopedic Surgery Nurse will play a crucial role in the Operating Room, focusing on total joint replacements including knees, hips, and shoulders, as well as orthopedic and bariatric procedures. The nurse will collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care during operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total joint replacement surgeries, including knee, hip, and shoulder.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective surgical outcomes.
• Participate in call rotations for both weekend and weekday shifts as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Knowledge and experience in total joint replacements and orthopedic procedures are required.
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications must be maintained.
