Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy programs to help them achieve their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy practices to ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Update Patient Progress: Continuously monitor health outcomes and modify treatment strategies to keep patients on their development path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications strongly encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
