We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our team at Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New London, Connecticut. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing nutrition-focused care and services.
About the Role:
In this part-time position, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting nutritional assessments and developing personalized care plans for our residents
- Providing dietary counseling and education to residents, families, and caregivers
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement nutrition-focused care plans
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of resident nutrition care and services
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition care to ensure optimal resident outcomes
