Remote Spanish Strategy & Transformation Consultant (21h/wk)

Mercor is seeking experienced management and strategy consultants who are fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces, create prompts, and design grading rubrics based on real consulting work in Spain. This is a remote, part-time role (~21 hours per week) with an hourly pay rate.
