• We are hunting for SALES AGENTS, not customer service reps .

The Role: NRG Energy Sales Agent

• Location : Greater Cleveland, OH Area
• Sell and enroll customers on behalf of NRG Energy and their electricity and gas supply services.
• Engage customers at kiosks inside Walmart’s and other big-box retail stores, Cleveland Guardian and Cavalier home games as well as large and small local festivals and events.
• NOT a door-to-door, cold calling, or Multi-level Marketing Operation

• Attractive starting hourly rate of $15.00.
• Generous hourly rate plus commissions beyond the "Rookie" phase, with potential earnings of $25-$50 per hour. It's up to you!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2C environments
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
• Experience in using technology for sales purposes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Clear background checks and drug screening (Marijuana excluded).
