Job Description Job Description Working from an assigned lead queue, the Outbound Specialist places timely calls at key points in the client lifecycle, guides clients through account setup and digital enrollment, and resolves or escalates issues that create friction. This is an individual-contributor role that partners closely with bankers, product, and operations teams. Successful candidates are confident on the phone, resilient in an outbound calling environment, and motivated by measurable outcomes such as contact rate, funding, and digital banking tools adoption. Key Responsibilities Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line. Conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned clients, maintaining a disciplined call cadence, follow-up, and accurate documentation. Drive core onboarding outcomes, including account funding, online banking enrollment, debit card activation, and bill pay or money movement setup. Assist with the resolution of client issues or Banker questions, leveraging applicable tools to resolve or escalates to the appropriate support channel. Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers and partner teams for follow-up. Interact with clients and other departments to ensure successful client outcomes, communicating to the client as appropriate. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience One to four years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience Preferred Skills & Experiences Working knowledge of business banking and money movement products, or the ability to ramp quickly Proven outbound calling experience with consistent performance against contact and conversion goals Detailed knowledge of business, financials, products and services, and the market Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating multiple digital banking systems Basic knowledge of account management, project management, operations, and logistics Ability to manage high call volume, multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Proven customer service and client relations skills, including situational leadership and dispute or conflict resolution Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
