ML Engineer: AI Agents for Safety & Customer Care
Lyft HQ
Lyft is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for the Safety and Customer Care (SCC) team in a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will fine-tune and align models, build AI agents, and own evaluation data to drive safe, scalable support systems for riders and drivers.
You will work on post-training open-source models, design multi-step agents, and contribute to end-to-end safety case management with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
