The Manager Trainee will shadow a variety of roles in our location. You will be hands on learning the ins and outs of all positions in our location. If you successfully complete the program there may be opportunities for long term employment. What Winning Looks Like: Successfully rotate through each job duty. Engage with guests and team members and promote your passion for the restaurant industry. Ensure a consistent and quality experience for every guest every time. Skills Needed to Win: Preferred, currently enrolled or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant and Tourism Management, or related field. Follow and Maintain All Health Code Regulation. Ability to use and adapt to a multitude of softwares. Enforce Rules and Regulations for Staff.
