Medical Expert for AI Training [Remote]

As a Medical Specialist, you will leverage your medical expertise to contribute to an AI training project, shaping the development of next-generation AI systems. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing how AI models learn and perform, utilizing your domain knowledge to provide high-quality, real-world input.

• Provide original, expert-authored medical documents you have personally produced, such as PDFs or Word documents, for use in AI training.
• Submit materials that demonstrate depth and authenticity in medical writing, including case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, and internal training guides.
• Ensure documents are rich in multimodal content, incorporating text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, or other illustrative elements.
• Apply professional judgment to maintain confidentiality and rigorously de-identify any sensitive or personal information within submitted materials.
• Curate a range of document lengths, ideally between 10 and 100 pages per file, to support diverse training scenarios.
• Communicate thoughtfully and clearly, providing written context or clarification as needed regarding the materials shared.
• Collaborate remotely with the platform as a valued contributor to this innovative project.

• Advanced training or credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related discipline (MD, DO, PhD, RN, etc.).
• Extensive experience in creating, authoring, or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, ethical documentation practices, and data de-identification.
• Proven ability to convey complex medical information clearly through both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience with multimodal documentation, integrating figures, visuals, and structured data.
• Comfort with submitting a variety of original documents from your own professional portfolio, in PDF or Word format.
• Experience as a medical practitioner, researcher, academic, or clinical documentation specialist is considered a plus.

This is a contractor position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $40.

No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
