Nuestro cliente, líder en cumplimiento y logística de comercio electrónico, busca un Supervisor de Almacén Bilingüe en Español para unirse a su equipo. Como Supervisor de Almacén Bilingüe en Español, formarás parte del Departamento de Operaciones apoyando las operaciones de cumplimiento y reetiquetado. El candidato ideal tendrá habilidades de liderazgo, atención al detalle y una actitud proactiva, que se alinearán con éxito en la organización.

Horario: 8am - 5pm, de lunes a viernes
¿Cuál es el trabajo?
- Dirigir a los asociados por hora en funciones de selección, embalaje, envío, preparación, reetiquetado y staging de salida
- Ejecutar planes de trabajo diarios para cumplir con los plazos de envío y metas de productividad
- Asegurar el cumplimiento en reetiquetado, aplicación de códigos de barras, embalaje y requisitos del cliente
- Verificar la precisión de SKU, la colocación de etiquetas y la integridad del embalaje mediante auditorías de calidad
- Apoyar la incorporación y capacitación de personal estacional y resolver interrupciones en el flujo de trabajo
¿Qué se necesita?
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de cumplimiento, distribución o logística de alto volumen
- Experiencia con escáneres RF y sistemas de transportadores
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y estar de pie o caminar durante períodos prolongados
- Disposición para trabajar horas extras durante períodos de alta demanda
