Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, with approximately 20% of visits conducted at assisted living facilities
• Attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Manage a caseload ratio of approximately 6–7 patients
• Document patient care and progress using Wellsky charting software
• Travel to patient locations as needed, with expected weekly mileage of approximately 50–75 miles (may vary)
• Make up missed visits on weekends as needed within the facility work week (Sunday–Saturday)

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent licensed OT experience; new graduates will not be considered
• At least 1 recently completed travel assignment required
• Experience with home care and/or Homebase required
• BLS and First Aid certifications required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster(s) required per state guidelines; medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis and may require weekly testing
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with assisted living facility environments
• Experience with Wellsky or similar electronic documentation platforms
