• Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure outstanding care.

• Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address concerns to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
