Technical Integration Lead

Salary: $97,000 - 137,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least five years of professional implementation experience in IT integration or electronic data exchange within healthcare operations.
• We have at least three years of experience supporting medical claims processing technologies in a health plan, managed care, or benefits management setting.
• We can negotiate effectively and resolve issues between internal and external stakeholders.
• We understand the software development lifecycle, technical implementation best practices, and testing approaches.
• We are comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• We have experience supporting healthcare data integrations, including EDI, HL7, FHIR, or similar interoperability standards.
• We can elicit, analyze, and convert business, technical, and integration needs into practical implementation solutions.
• We have demonstrated success managing client-facing technical implementations in a health plan, managed care, or healthcare benefits environment.
• We hold a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• We have hands-on experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• We are proficient in SQL and Tableau.

• We serve as the client-facing subject matter expert for all technical integration delivery matters.
• We manage multiple client implementations at once, including complex Pre-Pay and Post-Pay data exchanges, configurations, validations, and production readiness.
• We partner with the project team to build and carry out implementation plans, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• We oversee technical integration work across onboarding, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• We lead and document data mapping and gap analysis sessions for program files and extracts with clients and intermediaries.
• We track technical risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, owners, impacts, and mitigation plans.
• We escalate unresolved technical risks, defects, and data quality concerns with delivery owners and project managers when needed.
• We collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• We coordinate secure access setup for clients and providers, including SSO and SFTP.
• We create and manage technical work items such as JIRA tickets for development and configuration efforts.
• We build reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau.
• We support end-to-end user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• We perform data validation and analysis, using SQL to write complex queries for research and testing.
• We translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams.
• We communicate technical requirements, solutions, and issues clearly to business stakeholders.
• We work with internal and external partners to identify and deliver process improvements that increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce implementation timelines.
• We act as the business owner of technical integration materials within the Implementation Toolkit, including the Implementation Guide and supporting specifications.
• We identify and drive improvements to implementation processes and solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• We author and support technical integration documentation and process flows.
