They supervise projects led by GB (or BB if MBB) and develop their skillsTo involve the projects shareholdersTo share feedbacks with other project pilotsJob RequirementsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/OperationsExperience:10+ years of experience in the following areas: Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning.Knowledge:Knowledge of the company, Group, management system, processes and organizationsKnowledge of the project management and risks managementKnowledge of the leverages of changes in complex organizationsKnowledge of the basics in terms of techno-economic management and performance managementKnowledge of the Lean Sigma tools and methodsComputer Skills:Proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPointOther Skills:LeadershipCapacity to negotiateCapacity to delegateCapacity to solve difficult problems in complex situationsExperience of the functional and transverse management of multidisciplinary teamsCapacity to work in a multicultural and international environmentAbility to conduct changesPractical experiences of Safran tools and methods including Lean Sigma and the management of complex projectsCapacity to identify the leverages of performance improvementCapacity to involve and confederateGreat organization and personal structuringGreat coordinatorQualities in interpersonal relationships and capacity to kindly challenge the organizationsBut what else?
