Unit Secretary: Patient Care & Records Coordinator

Capital Health is seeking a unit-based transcription assistant to accurately transcribe physician orders and maintain patient records. You will support nursing staff by preparing charts, MARs, and related documentation, while ensuring chart integrity and timely transfer or discharge processes.
