Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Requirements Must have: We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related discipline. We require current BCBA certification. We are looking for strong interpersonal and written communication skills. We value established leadership and management abilities. We need someone who works effectively with others as part of a treatment team. We prefer proficiency with systems such as Central Reach. We welcome both experienced BCBAs and new graduates who are motivated to grow. Responsibilities: We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings. We create, track, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas. We train paraprofessionals on how to implement instructional plans and behavior support strategies. We supervise the BCBA role through our Executive Director and Clinical Director. We look for someone who stays organized, self-driven, adaptable, positive, and collaborative.
