Join Cabo Bob’s team as a Line Server and help create a fast, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll serve fresh food with care and accuracy, keep the line moving smoothly, and make each interaction welcoming and positive. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in great service, and want to grow with a company that values hard work, we’d love to meet you.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
- Prepare and serve food orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and teammates
- Deliver excellent service with a positive attitude
- Complete opening and closing tasks with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a professional, calm, and team-oriented approach throughout each shift

Qualifications
- Current Food Handler Certification.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift during shifts.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
