Program Overview Our IHA Training Program equips aspiring caregivers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver safe, compassionate care in home- and community-based settings. Participants complete self-paced online modules followed by a hands-on skills practicum in our training lab.

Key Learning Outcomes Fundamentals of personal care, safety, and infection control Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Proper body mechanics and mobility support Effective communication with clients, families, and clinical teams Real-world caregiving practice under the guidance of an experienced instructor
