About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Solution Architecture to spearhead the transformation of its global organization. This pivotal role is focused on evolving the Solution Architecture function from a project-based delivery model to a scalable onboarding function that enhances implementation outcomes, accelerates time to revenue, and ensures the quality and consistency of commerce implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the global strategy, owning implementation performance, and using AI to redesign processes and tooling. Executive leadership, deep implementation experience, technical credibility, and strong people management skills are essential for this transformation role. Candidates for the VP of Solution Architecture position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in solution architecture, professional services, enterprise architecture, or related technical roles. Significant leadership experience, particularly in managing senior technical teams across multiple regions, is required. The role demands a proven track record in leading organizational transformation, deep knowledge of complex enterprise implementations, and experience with modern technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and adept at balancing executive strategy with hands-on operational execution. Proficiency in English is a must, with Portuguese and Spanish being desirable, and the role involves frequent international travel.
