Contracts Manager Location: New Hampshire Salary: $120,000–$140,000+ depending on experience A growing, technology-focused company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its corporate contracts team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned contracts professional who enjoys working across business, operations, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from proposals and negotiations through amendments and closeout Lead contract negotiations and provide guidance on contractual terms, risk, and compliance Partner with program management, business development, and senior leadership Support complex government and commercial contracts Review and draft agreements, terms and conditions, and contract modifications Mentor and provide guidance to other contracts professionals Identify risks and develop practical solutions to contractual issues What We’re Looking For Significant experience in government, aerospace/defense, federal contracting, or a similarly regulated environment Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and administration experience Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting requirements Experience managing complex contracts and multiple priorities Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Leadership or mentoring experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; law degree not required Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented professionals who take ownership, communicate well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
