Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Home health setting.
• Coverage area includes Riverdale, Conley, Ellenwood, Tyrone, Morrow, Rex, Brooks, Jackson and Locust Grove.
