COMPENSATION & PAY STRUCTURE – Gross Pay up to $10,000+ per week Starting Rate: 82% of gross load revenue — that's 82% of what the customer pays TST. Fuel Surcharge: 100% of the fuel surcharge allowed by our customers EFS Fuel Card: No charge to use our EFS fuel card Weekly Pay: Consistent, reliable weekly settlements Plate Program: Apportioned Plate Program available at $40/week Insurance Options: Physical Damage Insurance at $1.00 per $1,000 of truck value per week (ex: $50K truck = $50/week).
