Buyer/Planner Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Provide professional responses to customers and fellow Victaulic Team members on all product and order related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Maintain a proactive and integrated communication flow with customers, sales, the branch manager regarding service issues.
- Perform quotation and order entry, edit and maintenance, handle telephone, fax or email inquiries relating to freight and billing issues as required.
- Perform all order processing and service-related activities to ensure accurate, timely and effective handling of customer requirements as well as maintain all system Planning Data for assigned items.
Buyer/Planner Qualifications:
- Previous experience with being a Buyer/Planner
- Ability to stay organized and have strong communication skills.
