Division/Department: Corporate Location: Onsite in Clearwater FL Job Title: Corporate Sales Associate Wages: $68K - $70K/Year Full Time at about 40 hours a week Corporate is looking for a Full Time Corporate Sales Associate worker. Primary Purpose: Collaborates with the National Sales Director to support and grow national sales initiatives by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is responsible for managing and expanding the client base across CTNi, the UK Stream, and On Demand platforms. Required Skills/Abilities: A minimum of 3 years in media sales or advertising sales is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education Requirements: Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field . Other: Must be a born again Christian and attend a Bible believing church. Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and patience. Some travel may be required to events, conferences, or conventions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Understand the vision and goals of the organization. 2. Monitoring multiple feeds from all stations and inspecting all feeds for Quality Audio and Video at the completed path. 3. Review daily tasks on your shift and complete them in a timely and professional manner. 4. Documentation is required for all discrepancies, reports and logs assigned to the analyst. Communicate with detailed and concise phrasing when issues arise. 5. Maintain Security procedures that rely on 24/7 NOC analysts to monitor. This includes but is not limited to, granting access to the door and gate at WCLF as needed. 6. Maintain Prayer line schedule when prompted in a timely and professional manner. 7. Maintain Server schedules throughout the network. Looking for mistakes that may cause a station to go off the air and fixing them or communicate the issue to someone who can fix the issue if you cannot. 8. Take corrective and proactive action to resolve problems or report problems to Engineers. Communicate in a timely manner any issues that arise during your shift with Engineering/IT that are mission critical and help in any way to resolve the issue immediately. 9.
