We are recruiting multiple  Cooks (Line and Prep)  for our client located in Northeast (Sabino Canyon and Tanque Verde)in Tucson, AZ 85750

Note: This property is not accessible to public transportation.

Qualified applicants must have reliable transportation to and from the client site.

Responsibilities

• Work with fresh, organic ingredients and contemporary presentation techniques.
• Support artisanal cuisine focused on sustainability and locavore principles.
• Contribute to evolving the  culinary culture through teamwork and creativity.
• Maintain clean, health-conscious, and trend-forward food presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of food preparation experience, preferably in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Basic supervision of the line.
• Full knowledge of Health Department sanitation and food handling regulations.
• Mastery of all kitchen stations.
• Understanding of the collaboration between food and health.
• Familiarity with managing gluten-free diets.

Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends

Must have own knives and chef coat. 

Compensation

Pay is $19.00 -20.00 an hour.
