Travel RN – ICU Float Pool (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 48 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Float to multiple ICU units including Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, and Cardiac ICU based on experience and staffing needs
• Float to Intermediate Care (IMC) units as needed, maintaining patient ratios of 1:3
• Provide care for standard ICU patient populations including sedated, intubated, and patients on vasopressors
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU settings
• Adapt to multiple assignments within a single shift as required by float pool demands
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and patient care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units, including ICU and IMC settings
• Availability to work 75% weekend shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU specialties (Neuro, Surgical/Trauma, Cardiac, Medical ICU)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Strong adaptability and comfort with varied patient assignments within a single shift
