Salary: $75-$85 hr
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing community in the beautiful greater Petoskey area of Michigan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven healthcare leader who is passionate about resident-centered care, operational excellence, employee engagement, and building a strong community culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Promote exceptional clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team
- Manage budgets, staffing, census development, and operational performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Demonstrated success in operational and financial management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style and genuine commitment to quality care
Compensation
Competitive annual salary of $75-$85 hr , based on experience.
