Overview - Skilled Nursing Facility All Shifts RN positions in a Skilled Nursing Facility. RN's earn a base rate starting at $32/hr, plus shift differential! The shift differential rate for 3pm-11pm shift is $3.00 an hour; 11p-7a shift is $4.00 an hour; and a weekend shift is $5.00 an hour. Responsibilities The staff nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency call lights, inside our skilled nursing center. Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center. Assist with admission and discharge process Keep physician and family aware of change(s) in resident condition Make rounds with physicians and transcribes orders Assure continuity of services and care Qualifications Current nursing license with the state of Florida 6 months nursing experience, preferred Geriatric involvement preferred Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
