A respected mid-size national insurance defense and coverage law firm is seeking an experienced Bad Faith Attorney to join our team. This remote position is available to candidates licensed in California or Arizona. Position Highlights:

• 100% remote/work-from-home role
• Practice primarily or with a concentration in insurance bad faith defense
• Represent insurers in pre-litigation and litigation phases involving a variety of claims
• Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases with a national client base

Requirements:

• Minimum 10  years of experience handling insurance bad faith claims
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently
• Active license to practice law in California or Arizona .
